Novotel Ambassador Suwon

We have been here many times, and we will keep coming back whenever we need (or want) to be in Suwon. Great location and very good standard no-nonsense hotel with professional staff. It's part of a big international chain, but even comparing this hotel to other similar once in other countries, owned by the same conglomerate, it stands out. In fact, I once advised the staff of a Novotel Paris hotel (Yes, France) to take an educational trip to Suwon to come and get aquatinted with the art of hospitality (they were not amused, but neither was I). For me, this hotel has become a 'golden standard level' for a non-holiday/business/shopping weekend hotel.

Big beautiful rooms, shoping mall and train station within the hotel 2nd floor, traditional market with shops and restaurants on the opposite side of the hotel, exceleny staff, beautiful restaurant.

I was staying in a Jr Suite and the room size is perfectly suitable for me. The location of this hotel is very convenient - the train station is nearby, there are Malls with branded goods, there are street food and restaurants across the hotel. Although the hotel is just right beside the train station and the railway tracks, the noise doesn't bother me at all. Its really perfect for my short stay (5D/4N). There's a Premier Lounge on the 9th Floor too. The buffet breakfast has a wide variety of choices. I will definitely be back if I will travel to Suwon again... 🙆‍♀️🤞👍

The location being close to AK Plaza, Lotte Mart an Suwon Station.There’s a 7/11 convince store on the 2nd floor. We had 2 rooms which were cleaned every day.Bottled water left every day.Lovely staff.Family friendly.

Great location right next to Suwon station. Room was large, comfortable and quiet, so I had a great few nights sleep. Close to shops, restaurants and attractions.
